Le nomination agli Eisner Awards 2017



Ed eccoci arrivati finalmente ad uno dei momenti più attesi dell'anno per l'industria dei comic books, l'equivalente degli Oscar per il fumetto, gli Eisner Awards.
Ciò che si può notare sin da subito è che in linea generale tra le nomination sono poco presenti opere della Marvel o della Dc, le principali case fumettistiche.
Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso per la presenza di Faith, nella categoria "Best New Series", di cui punterò a scrivere una recensione in futuro.
Poi vabbè, presenza fissa come quasi ogni anno per Brian K. Vaughan e Fiona Staples, per il loro "Saga".
Mi auguro che Tom King e Gabriel Walta vincano per la categoria "Best Limited Series" perché hanno fatto un buon lavoro con "The Vision" e a mio avviso un premio se lo meritano.
Una piccola gioia italiana è la presenza di Manuele Fior e Federico Bertolucci entrambi nominati per la categoria "Best Painter/Multimedia Artist".
